Allison Griebel
Executive Director

Allison joined Grand Futures as the managing director in October of 2015. She is excited be a part of Grand Futures and share her passion and commitment to increase social change in positive lifestyle choices among youth. Allison earned a Master of Public Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, California and a B.A. in International Studies. She also holds professional certification in DPMI (design, partnering, management, and innovation). Previous experience includes consulting for international nonprofits, working with disadvantaged youth, domestic homelessness, and veterans issues. In her free time, Allison loves to spend time outside with her husband cross country skiing, snowboarding, camping, hiking, and fishing.

Carin Reeter 
Grand County Program Director

Carin is a Grand County native. She graduated with her Bachelors in History from Colorado Mesa University where she was also a Resident Assistant and learned about building community, starting educational conversations to spark student growth and how the two together can help students be successful academically and socially. After college she worked for University of Colorado - Boulder in residence life before returning to the high rockies. Here at Grand Futures Prevention Coalition she hopes that her past experiences can be applied to her role and make a difference in the lives of Grand County’s Youth. In her free time, you can find her mountain biking, skiing, running, and surfing.

Lexi Miller
Routt County Program Director


Lexi Miller has been with Grand Futures since January 2017. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Sustainability from Colorado Mountain College. While studying at CMC, she worked closely with the local bus line and lead a petition to ensure that City Council kept the bus line accessible for all residents of Steamboat Springs. After graduation, she worked for Partners in Routt County as an AmeriCorps School-Based Mentor at Steamboat Springs Middle School. She has also worked for Rocky Mountain Youth Corps with their Science School Program, local nonprofit BookTrails, and SOS Outreach as a volunteer. Steamboat Springs is a very special place to Lexi and she is excited to continue working with youth in Routt County. Lexi can also be found hiking, snowboarding, rafting and camping.

Karli Bockelman
Moffat County Program Director

Karli is the newest member of our staff as the Moffat County Program Director. Karli is a Craig native and hopes that in her position with Grand Futures Prevention Coalition she can be a catalyst for change in the community. It is her belief that if you can change or influence just one person in a positive way than you can create a more positive world. Although Karli has spent some time away from Craig, studying at University Colorado Boulder for a Bachelor's in Advertising and a Minor in Graphic and Website Design then living in Denver the past few years; she has always felt Craig is her home and she feels ready to take on the unique challenges this organization offers in the community it serves. In her free time Karli enjoys drinking "all the coffee", watching British period dramas, writing short stories, and adventuring in new, unexplored lands.

Karin E. Koop, LLC.

Karin is the Bookkeeper for Grand Futures Prevention Coalition. She handles all accounts payable, receivable, payroll taxes, and grant reimbursements. She has been an independent bookkeeper for five years and has several clients in Steamboat Springs, including several non-profit organizations such as Partners of Routt County and Rocky Mountain Youth Corps. Karin gained her B.S. in Business from New Hampshire College.
