In Fiscal Year 2011, GFPC created teen councils in Moffat and Grand Counties to model our success in Routt County with the Steamboat Springs Teen Council (SSTC). These community-based processes increase positive leadership development and risk-taking skills among youth, while providing alternative activities for youth in our region.
